About Us

The company ERNST Sicherheits- und Kommunikationstechnik GmbH (ERNST Safety and Communication Technology Ltd.) was founded in May 1979, then under the name Klaus Ernst Alarmanlagen GmbH (Klaus Ernst Alarm Systems Ltd.). The company name was changed in the year 2000.

 

We cover projecting, installation and repair work of the following systems: burglar protection, intelligent home, fire protection, communication and data processing.

 

The main concern of our company is safety for people and material assets.We realize safety concepts related to practice by employing high quality and innovative products together with our long-term experience as specialized installers.

 

A24-hour emergency service in combination with co-operation partners in the field of security service companies - the Police and Fire Department included - is permanently on stand-by and guarantees immediate help even outside of the normal working hours.

 

In the safety field but also in domestic technology, telecommunication and data processing we reach a superior level of quality through permanent training of our technicians together with the use of high quality system parts.

 

In 1985 we received the recognition of the German Association of Damage Insurers for Burglar Alarm Systems (Verband der Schadenversicherer für Einbruchmeldeanlagen). At the same time we had the German Criminal Investigation Department’s Advisory Committees screen us.We have been recommended by them since then.

 

In 1998 we received the Certificate for the Recognition of Quality Management Systems DIN EN ISO 9001 from the German Association of Damage Insurers (Verband der Schadenversicherer).

 

In 2002 we received the recognition of the German Association of Damage Insurers for Fire Detection Systems (Verband der Schadenversicherer für Brandmeldeanlagen).

 

In 2003 we took over the Burglar Alarm Division of the company Bresewitz GmbH, Hamburg, Germany.

 

That year we were certified for the planning including the generation of the specification documents, assembly, installation, start-up, final inspection and maintenance of Fire Detection Systems in accordance with DIN 14675.
